RE: TAQA Bratani Ltd – HSSE Alert Date of Incident: 01/06/15 Location: All TAQA Assests There has been a report of a specific type of harness being non-compatible with our existing SpanSet GOTCHA Kit, we understand the issue was with the change of size in D-Rings and could not be connected at certain angles using the "Frog" attachment. We have assessed this report and carried out 'Testing' with various types of harnesses using the 'Frog' attachment. Our assessment(s) have proved that there is no substance in this Alert and should the GOTCHA Kit be used in the correct manner there are no issues with connectivity.
