Today we're going to be going over how to connect your gmail account to your Microsoft Outlook Client. This allows you to copy all your email to your local machine from your gmail account; placing it all in one easy to use format. The first thing we're going to need to do is open our gmail account, we're going to go out here to Gmail. Now, if that didn't come up, you simply type in www.gmail.com. 0:41 Once we get logged in we're going to go over here to settings, now we come over here to forwarding and POP/IMAP. And it will be right here under IMAP access. Ok, we're going to hit enable, all other settings can be left the same. Then we come down here to Save Changes; that's all we have to do in Gmail. 1:14 Now we open up Outlook, we're going to see here that we need to setup our new account. Go right here to add account. All right, and your name will be Kyle whatever it is, then we're going to enter our email address followed by our password.
