Creating services from the command line (windows)

I was going over some older videos, particularly " how to hide icons in the system tray" and noticed in the comments that I had not answered the persons question. They apparently wanted the icon in the system tray no not exist at all. Well... I felt silly so I thought the best way to do such a thing was to create a new service. This shows a quick and easy method of doing so. Pardon the crappy audio, as my mic is in need of replacement. Hope someone finds this helpful.
