GTA 5 PC won't launch (non steam) FIXED

THIS IS HOW I FIXED THIS ERROR. (may not work for you) FIRSTLY I BELIEVE YOU NEED THE LATEST Nvidia Or AMD Graphics Drivers, that are GTA V Ready. https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/205407407 I for some reason couldn't get them to install. I HAD TO RE-INSTALL WINDOWS 7 In order for the game to work. After a fresh WIN 7 Install and the Latest Driver the game works. User Bob Manus suggested the following "Download VirtualBox from Oracle and install virtually your Windows 7 (stay in trial version mode). That way, you can test your new Windows 7 installed without wipping all your HDD data and your activated Windows 7. At the end, you will have one virtual Windows opened on your main Windows 7." This is probably the last solution if nothing else works. I only have one hard drive location. Current Rig 8GB Ram I5-2500K Sandy Bridge R9 290 4GB Current VGA Drivers Version 14.301.1013.0 Game was purchased Via Amazon Things I have tried. -Re install GTA V -Create New Windows User Account with admin privileges -Reinstall Social Club -Disable Video Card and then try to launch the game -Run as Administrator mode -No Firewalls or Anti-Virus Installed.
