THE SHOULDER WORKOUT THAT MADE ME A BEAST!

I decided to change things up this month and go with superset workouts for my shoulder routine. My shoulders are always stubborn and rarely become sore, which is why I decided to mix up my routine. Throughout this workout I am focusing on the contraction of each exercise rather than tossing up heavy amounts of weight. In my opinion, no momentum makes the muscles work harder. These are the exercises I performed: 1.) Arnold press superset with 2.) Barbell front raise 3.) Cable front raise with rope superset with 4.) Dumbbell lateral raise 5.) Bent over barbell row (wide-grip with elbows up) superset with 6.) Bent over dumbbell lateral raise *Renshaw's Personal Training is not telling any one to do these exercises or workouts, so doing them will be at your own risk. This is what has worked for me.
