Millet Red Dot Sight FAIL

This Millet red dot sight was mounted on my Ruger MK 3. The sight failed after 20 rounds of .22lr! A lens appears to have come loose inside the tube. I can hear it rattle. Also, I can no longer see the red dot. I intend to exchange it for another sight from Academy Sports. Failing that, I will have to deal with Millet directly. I hope this is not why Academy had them marked down soo much last month. Anyway, I will update this story when details become available.
