Search and retrieval operations continue today in Compostela Valley, the hardest-hit province by typhoon "Pablo". The official death toll from the typhoon is now at 418, with a majority of it coming from New Bataan town, which was surprised by flashfloods and landslides at the height of Pablo's onslaught.
